Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – available nationwide
• Bank Transfer – order confirmed once payment is received
• Credit/Debit Card (if applicable — remove if not offered)

All online payments are processed securely.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Processing time may be longer during sales or high-order periods.

Delivery Time

• Karachi: 2–3 working days
• Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate of PKR [insert amount] on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent immediately after placing your order. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call to verify the order before dispatch.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-attempt will be made. Orders returned after multiple failed attempts may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Order Cancellation
